Don’t miss the opportunity to see Antonino Salon and Spa’s Janie Minchella on stage in the award winning play, “God of Carnage”. The “action packed, knockout farce”, being directed by Antonino Salon and Spa’s Jeff Davison, comes to Bloomfield Hills on March 7.

Jeff and Anthony saw the play in New York with the stellar cast of James Gandolfini, Marcia Gay Harden, Jeff Daniels and Hope Davis. “I remember leaving and saying to Anthony, what just hit us” said Jeff, adding “everyone is sure to relate to the ‘less than good behavior’ when four adults meet to discuss a playground altercation between their children”.

Be sure to reserve your tickets to see what happens when two sets of parents agree to meet to discuss the situation civilly – “practice the art of co-existence” rather than “slaughter each other with insurance claims.” Watch as the veneer of polite society falls away as the two couples (played by Marc Rosati-of Riverview, Kendall Doman of Bloomfield Hills, Ben Feliciano of Berkley and Janie Minchella of Sterling Heights) regress to childish accusations, bullying and bickering themselves.

With a set designed by award winning Monika Essen of Detroit, who is also designing Antonino Salon and Spa’s renovation and a talented crew including Pam Richards (producer), Kathleen Warner (assistant director) Tom Pagano (Apprentice Director), Obie Burch (lighting designer), Paul Dorset (Prop designer), God of Carnage is sure to be a hit.

God of Carnage is being performed March 7-22, 2014 at St. Dunstan’s Theatre Guild of Cranbrook.
